Thank you for choosing a PMI Association Thailand Chapter event. Please read this policy carefully: by registering for any event on our website, you automatically agree to the terms of our Rescheduling Policy and Refund Policy as set out below.
Cancellation by PMI Thailand Chapter
The PMI Association Thailand Chapter reserves the right to cancel or change the location of any training programme or event.
- If we cancel an event, registered attendees will receive a 100% refund.
- Alternatively, if the attendee prefers, the paid fee may be transferred to any of the next three upcoming training programmes, at no additional cost.
Cancellation by a Registered Attendee
If you need to cancel your registration, the following refund schedule applies, calculated by the number of calendar days between your cancellation date and the event date.

| 6 – 14 days before the event | Refund minus a THB 400 processing fee (bank transfer fees also deducted) |

| Event cancelled by PMI Thailand Chapter | 100% refund, or rescheduling at no extra cost |
Note: All refund amounts are quoted before deduction of any applicable bank transfer fees.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email from the same email address you used to register for the event.
- Address your email to info@pmithai.org.
- Include the following in your message:
- Date of purchase
- Name of the course or event
- Purchase receipt details — order ID and transaction ID
- Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
All refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving a valid refund request.
Rescheduling by PMI Thailand Chapter
If we reschedule or postpone an event, registered attendees have the following options:
- Option 1 — Full Refund. If the rescheduled date does not fit your schedule, you can request a 100% refund. Refunds are processed within 30 days of your request.
- Option 2 — Attend a Future Class. You may transfer your fee to a future scheduled class in the same country, subject to availability. Please notify us at least 7 days before the new course date so that we can confirm your seat.
- Option 3 — Nominate a Replacement. You may nominate another attendee to take your place in the rescheduled class. The replacement must be notified to us at least 3 days before the rescheduled event.
