Speaker Profile

Paul Cook is the SE Asia Regional Business Development Executive with Progesys Project Management Consultants who are a Canadian based PMC headquartered in Montreal, Canada. Paul began his career in the Electronics Industry in Scotland and then transitioned into Oil & Gas where he then spent 25 years on international assignments in various roles from Field Engineer to Regional and Country Manager roles with Schlumberger, Weatherford and Wood Group. During the oil crash of 2014, Paul then progressed into Project Management with Progesys where he was able to transfer his skill sets into the development of large industrial projects. During his career Paul has been involved in numerous projects and held lead roles in business development with a speciality of developing market entrance and growth strategies to infiltrate new markets aimed at creating greater value for clients and stakeholders. Paul graduated from Napier University, Edinburgh where we studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
