His company, The Rossch Group provides process and technology leadership in the Aviation industry and is known for winning deliveries. Holding degrees in Political and Social Sciences, Clay is an evangelist for the concept of Project Manager as Project Leader and helps professionals improve delivery through strong personal skills. From the State of Hawaii in the United States, Clay enjoys travelling throughout Southeast Asia and is an avid student of culture.
