This presentation is about setting up a project management office (PMO) at an IT department in one of the Thai conglomerates. The speaker intends to share lessons learned on setting up the PMO and go through how he managed to transition this PMO through various levels of maturity until the present date. If you're planning to set up a PMO and if you want to learn from the speaker's experience as to what you should and what you should avoid doing, join this event.

Speaker Profile

Mr. Nontouch Srisuksa is the Head of IT Digital Transformation and Project Management Office, CP Group, a Thai company which become 100 years old in 2021. Nontouch graduated from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. He studied Bachelor of Science in Computer Science as well as completed is Masters’ Degree in Business Administration and Doctoral Degree majoring in Technology and Innovation.

Nontouch first started as a technical programmer and then transitioned into an ERP consultant working with MNC companies eg. Siemens, IBM, Accenture. He spent more than a decade implementing SAP projects for many clients. He then shifted into a Software Project Manager position working for ATOS where he managed the implementation of large software projects. He has since transferred to CP Group where he established the Project Management Office (PMO) and Digital Transformation services for supporting projects at the corporate level.
