Without any doubts, agile methods are one most important paradigms in software development over the past decades (if not centuries). The session provides a critical analysis and suggested what you should keep and discard from agile ideas based on running an scaled agile project over the past 3 ½ years. We will see what precautions companies should take during transition to agile development and an assessment of agile ides will be provided.
