Event Details

You are attracted by agile methods but are put off by fanatic agile texts, statements and speeches about the superiority of the agile way of working. Without any doubts, agile methods are one most important paradigms in software development over the past decades (if not centuries). The session provides a critical analysis and suggested what you should keep and discard from agile ideas based on running an scaled agile project over the past 3 ½ years. We will see what precautions companies should take during transition to agile development and an assessment of agile ides will be provided.

The audience will be asked to share their experience through online questions. Those who are 'correct' will receive a PMI Thailand voucher valued at 1290 THB to purchase the 'Agile Practice Guide'. Four vouchers will be given to four different winners. The presenter is looking forward to an interesting and interactive session with you.
