Please note that once you register for an event on the PMI Association Thailand Chapter website, you automatically agree to our Rescheduling Policy, and Refund Policy.

The terms and conditions of our Refund Policy are as follows:

Cancellation by PMI Association Thailand Chapter

  • PMI Association Thailand Chapter reserves the right to cancel a training program or change the location.
  • In case PMI Association Thailand Chapter cancels a training program, the registered attendee will receive a 100% refund. Else, as per the attendee’s request, the same fee can be adjusted towards one of three upcoming training programs and no additional fee will have to be paid.

Cancellation of Attendance by a Registered Attendee

THB 400 (equivalent to local currency) processing fee will be deducted. Bank transfer fees shall also be deducted.

If PMI Association Thailand Chapter cancels the scheduled training

 

We will reschedule the training at no extra cost / 100% Refund

Requesting a Refund

  • The request must be sent via email from the email address used to register on our website www.pmithai.org to buy the event. Please mail refund requests to info@pmithai.org.
  • Please state the date of purchase, name of the course and purchase receipt details like order ID and transaction ID in the email.
  • All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.

Rescheduling of a Training Event by PMI Association Thailand Chapter

PMI Association Thailand Chapter reserves the right to reschedule the date and time of a training program.
In case PMI Association Thailand Chapter reschedules/postpones a training event, the options available to a registered attendee are:

  • 100% refund will be made to the registered attendee, if the rescheduled dates do not fit in with his/her schedule. Refunds are made within 30 days of receiving a request for refund.
  • The registered attendee can choose to attend another training class scheduled on a more convenient date in the future, at any scheduled location in the country in which he/she had originally enrolled. At the time of rescheduling, he or she should inform PMI Association Thailand Chapter of availing this option. Advance intimation of 7 days prior to commencement of the upcoming course has to be given. The paid up fee will be adjusted for that course.
  • The registered attendee can nominate a replacement in the rescheduled class. However, this nomination should be intimated to PMI Association Thailand Chapter at least 3 days prior to the rescheduled event’s new date.
