Nopparat Narin has 27 years of experience in Project Management and Construction Management. He holds a Professional Engineer License – Senior Professional Engineer (vor yor 1566). He is currently an Assistant Managing Director of Project Planning Service Co., Ltd. He holds a Masters Degree in Finance and in Civil Engineering and a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
